Chiefs from Technology R&D Center; Quality Control Dept; Grinding & Assembly branch, Roller, Heat Treatment, Turning and Forging Branches made a summary exchanges and statements at the meeting. Vice-general manager Shi Yi made a work report with the top of “Quality improvement needs to control delicacy management so as to promote practical quality level”. President He made an important speech at the meeting, and he pointed out that since this year HL Company started “Quality Year”, the company had made remarkable achievements, and the works are worth approving. He also addressed that they needed to clearly recognize although all the departments had done a lot of work since the “Quality Year” started, HL products’ quality level still kept a certain gap compared with HL’s established quality and brand target. For next step, he said that HL company will start from the quality propaganda and quality assessment, focus on improving system construction, looking for quality flaws, and taking  procedural and processed operations in works to completely eradicate same quality problems happening again. All the departments were asked to make quality improvement plan as the general idea, which were confirmed at the meeting to take action in the next step, and firmly advanced the second “Quality Year” implementation as the plan.
