The 2nd National Bearing Industry Inspectors Competition held in Luoyang City during October 19th and 20th. Totally fifteen bearing enterprises including fifty-three competitors took part in the competition. Wang Xiaoxia, Dong Yuxin, Zhang Hui , Feng Jie and Wu Hongliang, on behalf of Gansu Hailin Zhongke Science & Technology Co., Ltd, participated in the competition. Through two-day theory and operation practice contests, Wang Xiaoxia got the first prize in the theory examination, meanwhile, Wang Xiaoxia and Zhang Hui got the “Practical Operation Prize”, Feng Jie won the “Operation Pacesetter Prize”.
For well preparing the competition, Human Recourse Department and Quality Management Center started systematical training for applicants since April, and the training lasted for six months. By two rounds of theory and operation practice examinations, and intensive training for the final competitors, they fostered a group of talents showing best both in theory and practical operations.
