August 19th at 8pm, HL Company held TV Management Talks in the meeting room. All the senior executives, middle-level managers and new recruiting staffs, totally about 100 people attended the training.

  The lecturer of this TV Management Talks is Professor Zhai Hongshen, who is famous master of Chinese learning and guest professor of Tsinghua University. Combining Chinese Learning Culture, together with humorous and philosophical discourse from five aspects of “cultivation, mentality, filial piety, friendship, management” by analyzing typical cases, Zhai systematically taught the far reaching significance of inheriting Chinese learning culture that could enormously promote staff’s quality, improve management and communication skill。
