According to the forty-forth article in “Employee Handbook”— “All employees are asked to get gains, advancement and examination from the training, also take the training content into practice. ”, HR department made detailed training plan for the new recruiting ones, and took fifteen-day centralized training from July 20th to August 3rd for them. The training included products design, technology design, process flow, production sites and safety education and so on. All above could make the rookies have a simple understanding for total manufacturing process of HL company’s major products. After the training, HR department examined all and achieved good results.
