On the afternoon of July 2nd, the investigation team of China-Made Think Tank consisting of the former deputy director of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the deputy director of the Economic Committee of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Liu Lihua, the head of China-Made Think Tank Xin Wang, secretary-general of China-Made Power Forum Organizing Committee Ding Deyuan, deputy director of the Institute of Mechanical Science Research, director of the Equipment Manufacturing Development Research Center Wu Jinjun, regional marketing director of the China-Made Think Tank Xiao Lu accomapnied by deputy mayor Hao Wenjie, Tianshui City Think Tank director Feng Jianxin, Deputy Director of Tianshui City Bureau of Industry and Information Technology came to HL to conduct investigations. HL’s general manager Luo Baoping, and assistant Zheng Wenkui joined the investigation.

   The Investigation team visited HL heat treatment plant and two grinding plants. During the visit, they briefly learned about the production and processing of bearings, the sales situation, the production and operation status and the future development plan of HL, and then had a discussion on those related issues.
