On the morning of September 19th, the opening ceremony of the 2018 Staff Professional Skills CNC Milling Competition in Tianshui City was held in the conference room on the second floor of HL. Guo Shiwen, party secretary and executive vice president of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Zhang Yuesheng, secretary of the party committee and deputy general manager of HL, Bao Guangli, general manager of the company, Su Xiaoping, chairman of the labor union, Feng Jun, deputy general manager, and more than 40 participants, referees and inspectors attended the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony was hosted by Su Xiaoping, the chairman of the union.

  On behalf of the organizers, Guo Shiwen, the party secretary and executive vice chairman of municipal federation of trade unions, put forward two requirements and hopes for this competition; the general manager of HL, Bao Guangli, gave an opening speech; our employees Zhong Hongyan and Liu Bingbing represented the referees and contestants took the oath.

 After the opening ceremony, according to the competition arrangement, the theoretical examination of the grinding competition was conducted in the conference room of the second floor of north building. After the end of the theoretical examination, at noon 12 o’clock, divided into four groups,the actual test of the competition was held in the grinding plant. As of 7:30 pm, 21 contestants completed the exam. Through this competition, the theory and operation level of employees were tested, and the enthusiasm of employees to learn technology was enhanced.
